Responsibilities: * Coordinate and oversee food production across all stations. * Verify that dishes meet quality, presentation, and temperature standards. * Assign tasks, supervise performance, and ensure compliance with procedures. * Train staff in culinary techniques, hygiene, and food safety. * Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and ensure proper receipt and storage of supplies. * Minimize waste and optimize resource utilization. * Ensure all kitchen areas comply with sanitary standards and safety protocols. * Conduct periodic inspections and maintain up-to-date records. * Work closely with Food & Beverage, Banquets, and Room Service to guarantee timeliness and quality. * Support menu planning, events, and special guest requirements.
