Your responsibilities will include scheduling facility usage, maintaining and distributing equipment for sports events and recreational activities, and operating concessions and mechanical games. **Job Functions and Responsibilities** -------------------------------------------- * Schedule recreational facility usage for guests, ensuring a seamless reservation experience. * Maintain, distribute, and manage equipment for various events and recreational activities. * Operate concessions and events while adhering to safety protocols and guidelines. * Assist guests with any inquiries, providing prompt and courteous service during their visit. * Supervise facilities and equipment, reporting and addressing any issues or malfunctions. * Collaborate with other team members to provide a pleasant and engaging environment for guests. * Ensure proper cleaning and maintenance of facilities and equipment. * Comply with all company policies and regulations, including safety procedures and guidelines. * Complete additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned. **Work Experience** ----------------------- * Requires knowledge and skills acquired through formal training or significant work experience * Works within established procedures with a moderate degree of supervision * Has 2 to 3 years of work experience **Competencies** ---------------- Accountability Business acumen Advocating for guest needs Self-development Impact Interpersonal skills Functional job knowledge Leadership Problem solving Teamwork and collaboration**Education** ------------- * High school diploma or equivalent preferred. * A combination of education and experience will be considered. **Certifications** ------------------- * Certifications may be required or preferred.
