Ensure compliance with construction standards A construction-sector company is seeking a **Construction Control and Monitoring Coordinator**, responsible for supervising and comprehensively monitoring **social-interest, mid-range residential, and luxury residential housing projects**, including **serial housing developments and high-rise construction**. We seek a professional with field experience, an integrated view of the construction process, and the ability to analyze progress, identify opportunities for improvement, and present executive-level reports to management. **Requirements**: * Bachelor's degree in **Civil Engineering or Architecture** * Preferred age: **30 to 38 years** * Minimum **3 years of experience in housing construction** * Experience in: * **Serial housing** * **High-rise construction** * **Social-interest housing** * **Mid-range residential housing** * **Luxury residential housing** * Comprehensive knowledge of the construction process * Preparation of executive reports * Proficiency in Excel and construction control * Willingness to travel **Main Responsibilities** * Monitor construction progress across all stages * Coordinate various departments involved in the construction process * Supervise adherence to timelines, quality, and budget * Identify deviations and propose timely solutions * Prepare periodic reports for management * Validate physical progress against the construction schedule * Monitor compliance with construction processes at each project stage * Ensure adherence to the company’s construction standards * Maintain continuous communication with management and internal departments **Competencies** * Proactivity * Assertive communication * Organization * Leadership * Information analysis * Independent work * Results-oriented mindset **We Offer** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience * Weekly payment * Statutory benefits Employment type: Full-time Salary: $25,000.00 \- $30,000.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
