Leadership in team coordination and attention to detail in finishes. We are seeking a Construction Assistant for an Interior Architecture firm in Cancún. Position Objective: Supervise and coordinate the end-to-end execution of interior design projects, ensuring compliance with quality standards, design specifications, delivery timelines, and site logistics from project inception through final client delivery. Responsibilities: * Supervise and coordinate on-site activities across all trades: masonry, electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry, installation, decoration, and accessories. * Ensure each project phase complies with approved drawings, renderings, and technical specifications. * Supervise proper installation and quality of finishes, materials, and products. * Coordinate deliveries, inspections, assembly, and placement of furniture and decorative items. * Manage the construction schedule, monitoring progress, timelines, and deviations. * Verify arrival of materials and furniture against purchase orders and specifications. * Prepare progress reports with photographs, technical observations, and pending items. * Identify and resolve on-site issues without compromising quality or design. * Ensure compliance with safety, cleanliness, and site organization protocols. * Verify delivery checklists and follow up on post-assembly pending items. * Verify arrival of materials and furniture against purchase orders and specifications. Candidate Requirements: * Minimum 3 years’ experience supervising high-end interior design projects. * Technical knowledge in carpentry, electrical systems, lighting, finishes, furniture installation, and blueprint reading. * Ability to coordinate multiple contractors and suppliers. * Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. * Strong organizational skills, punctuality, and attention to detail. * Basic proficiency in Excel, email, and photographic reporting.
