Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to comprehensively manage the human resources department, ensuring regulatory compliance, process supervision, and employee well-being. Key Highlights: 1. Manages organizational culture and personnel policies 2. Supervises key human resources processes 3. Keeps HR legal regulations up to date **REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration / Business Management * 2 years of experience * Minimum 1 year of personnel management experience * Driving skills (optional) * Minimum age: 30 years old **Main Responsibilities:** * 100% Green Book and Culture Manual management * 100% renewal of temporary and indefinite-term contracts * Ensures employees comply with company policies and internal work regulations * Process documentation * Responsible for the Green Book * Reduces unjustified absences * Supervises payroll processing and disbursement in accordance with the law * Ensures complete and up-to-date employee files * Conducts facility tours for new hires * Registers new hires in the time clock system and grants office door access * Supervises recruitment, selection, hiring, promotion, and training of personnel * Maintains updated employee database * Supervises renewal and updating of employment contracts * Vacation tracking * Absence certification tracking * Handles IMSS registrations and cancellations (if IDSE system is used) * Uniform control * Organizes birthday celebrations * Participates in team-building activities (training sessions) * Manages procurement of cleaning supplies * Payroll incidents (errors, commissions, delays, absences, payroll payments, deductions, vacations) * Organizes company events * Onboarding-based training * Human resources regulations * Updating of HR legal regulations * Settlement calculation WE OFFER: * Option for an indefinite-term contract * Cafeteria service * Free uniforms * Statutory benefits * 50% gym membership subsidy * 50% subsidy for courses relevant to HR or beneficial to the department * Free chef and cafeteria * Employment type: Full-time * Salary: To be determined based on experience.
