We are looking for an **F&B ASSISTANT** profile for our **MAJESTIC RESORTS COSTA MUJERES** complex, with the mission of ensuring achievement of operational objectives for the Food and Beverage department through efficient supervision within the hotel’s restaurants and consumption centers. **SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Supervise hotel restaurant and consumption center operations, ensuring compliance with established standards, regulations, procedures, and guidelines. * Supervise purchase requisitions made to supply inputs and materials to restaurants and manage their authorization. * Review established management indicators to identify operational improvement opportunities. (Customer satisfaction, inventories, costs, average check, floor traffic, consumption by segment, workplace climate, staff turnover). * Manage required maintenance (preventive and corrective) to keep restaurant floor (front-of-house) fixed assets—including equipment and tools—in perfect condition and working order. * Organize periodic information meetings with staff and attend work meetings convened by direct supervisor or senior management, as well as scheduled training and development sessions. * Participate in selection, training, retention, development, discipline, and performance evaluation processes for personnel under supervision. * Appear in restaurants with guests and visitors to evaluate service quality and identify areas for improvement, as well as address any arising requirements. * Actively participate in new initiatives such as certifications and operational improvements for the organization’s kitchens. * Prepare a monthly departmental results report and all other reports requested by the direct supervisor. * Minimum 3 years of prior related experience as Restaurant Manager or F&B Deputy Manager. * Advanced English; SAP experience preferred. * Academic degree in Gastronomy, Culinary Arts, Tourism, or related field.
