Your Opportunity
\* Execute a comprehensive project, ensuring timely and compliant delivery per company requirements, guaranteeing construction aligned with the executive project. Coordinate and track all involved engineering disciplines, ensuring proper task coordination across specialties. Supervise construction progress and exercise financial control, preparing periodic reports including physical progress, cost estimates, safety measures, and quality standards. Maintain active and effective communication with Management, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders, ensuring alignment and project success across all phases.
REQUIREMENTS
7 years of experience, preferably as Facilities Manager or Construction Lead on hotel or vertical construction projects
**Education**: Bachelor’s degree or Engineering in Electromechanics, Maintenance, Industrial Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Mechatronics,
Telecommunications, BMS,
**Specific Knowledge**: Mechanical, electrical, and telecommunications engineering; hotel maintenance; construction management; progress summaries/reports; construction program control; cost estimate control; industrial safety.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Coordinate, review, and execute various engineering disciplines—including electrical, plumbing, mechanical, fire protection, alarm and detection, telecommunications, BMS, audio, Wi-Fi, CCTV, kitchens, power generation, wastewater treatment plants (PTAR), machinery rooms—according to company standards.
* Provide necessary input to the Director of Facilities to develop detailed project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, catalog receipt, budgets, and specific objectives—in coordination with other departments under Management.
* Supervise and coordinate all project activities, ensuring availability of labor, materials, and equipment to achieve project goals.
* Assign and efficiently manage human and material resources; monitor construction progress; and negotiate with suppliers—ensuring adherence to established deadlines.
* Lead, delegate tasks, and motivate the team to fulfill responsibilities contributing to project success. Review schedules and coordinate supplier installations per the approved calendar.
* Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders—including contractors, suppliers, and team members—to ensure everyone remains informed about project progress and any changes to plans and/or drawings. Communicate regularly with Project and Construction Directors to deliver progress results to the Director of Facilities.
* Identify and assess project risks, developing mitigation strategies jointly with the Director of Facilities—aiming to mitigate, transfer, or reduce risks to protect budget and/or schedule.
* Implement and enforce safety procedures for all workers; conduct inspections and coordinate training.
* Supervise and ensure quality of labor and materials used in construction—verifying compliance with standards and specifications outlined in drawings and the project. Conduct facility walkthroughs to promptly identify and address anomalies or non-conformities.
* Ensure compliance with applicable construction codes, regulations, ordinances, and standards in the country where the project is executed.
* Identify and resolve project issues, pursuing effective solutions while maintaining workflow progress.
* Conduct regular on-site inspections to prepare progress reports—ensuring achievement of defined objectives and scope. Submit final reports and deliverables to the Director of Facilities upon project completion.
* Manage project changes—informing the team and contractors, and developing solutions—ensuring controlled, documented implementation to avoid delays or additional costs.
* Supervise and coordinate subcontractor work—ensuring adherence to timeline and construction quality.
* Coordinate orderly project closeout with contractors—including completion of all pending activities, documentation handover, and team performance evaluation.
* Promote full adoption by collaborators of all company policies, procedures, and training programs focused on high-quality service delivery.
