Inventory management and contribution to profitability We are looking for a bakery and pastry chef to serve as a branch leader, performing the following duties: - Participate in the development and supervision of bakery and pastry products, ensuring high-quality processes and excellent presentation. - Train and supervise staff with a positive, leadership-oriented attitude. - Place orders, manage inventory, and contribute to the area’s profitability. - Provide customer service and participate in resolving operational issues. - Collaborate as part of a team, supervise operations, and maintain clean work areas.
