Basic and advanced CPR. **Job Responsibilities:** Attend additional shifts assigned by Medical Management in case of any emergency. Assist the Medical Coordinator in preparing the required medical area indicators reports according to the standards set by the Ministry of Health. Support and participate in assigned projects. Provide timely and comprehensive care to patients in General Clinic and Emergency services. Provide general and emergency medical consultations in compliance with hospital administrative policies and applicable regulations. Deliver medical leave forms on dates requested by the Human Resources department. q Notify cases of abuse or mistreatment when detected, according to established procedures. q Remain on duty until the next shift arrives. Complete the corresponding patient notes in the emergency area. Carry out internal and external reports assigned to the General Clinic and Emergency areas. Report any malfunction or damage detected to the Biomedical Maintenance department. Report all cases of epidemiological alerts identified. Request the Admissions Department to arrange laboratory and imaging studies according to the patient's pathology. Request the Admissions Department to establish direct and timely contact with the specialist physician when required for appropriate follow-up and treatment, if the pathology warrants it. Request patient transfer to another institution according to hospital policies, ensuring the patient's safety and well-being. Supervise and participate in compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements. Monitor adherence to medical ethics in clinical practice. Ensure the waiting time for emergency patients is minimized. Continuously monitor compliance with hospital procedures (handling of controlled medications, biosafety protocols, clinical records, triage, etc.). Monitor expiration dates of medication stock.
