




Ensure the accurate preparation and payment of payroll, as well as support administrative activities related to recording, controlling, and monitoring the company's internal operations. Main responsibilities Prepare and process biweekly payroll for all employees. Calculate earnings, deductions, and attendance issues (absences, delays, overtime, commissions, bonuses). Maintain organized physical and digital records. Assist in preparing administrative and internal control reports. Coordinate the submission of information to accounting. Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll processing and administrative tasks. Proficiency with payroll systems and Microsoft Office (intermediate Excel required). Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law, IMSS, and INFONAVIT. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information. Education: Completed high school or technical/administrative career (preferably Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, or related field). We offer Competitive salary based on experience.
