We are looking for a **Collection Manager** for our commercial partner specializing in personal loans. **Requirements:** * Experience in collecting financial products or field experience. * Completed secondary education. * Knowledge of collection through prospecting and database-driven collection. **Responsibilities:** * Manage collections from customers across various areas in Hidalgo: Actopan, Chilcuautla, Alfajayucan, Chapantongo, Ixmiquilpan. * Follow up on customer files. * Attend to individuals with outstanding loans. **We offer:** * Monthly base salary of $10,000 * Commissions based on collections, with no cap. Approximate range: $5,000 to $9,000\. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Saturday, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.\. * Statutory benefits from day one. * Life insurance.
