Opportunity to work at a travel agency **Junior Community Manager / Social Media Management** Location: Benito Juárez Work Mode: On-site Salary: $15,000 MXN / invoiced Thirteenth-month bonus (Aguinaldo) Vacation days Working hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday. The travel agency seeks a Community Manager with extensive experience managing Meta platforms and knowledge of design, creating relevant content, fostering community interaction, and achieving company goals. \-\-\-\-\-\-\- RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Content creation \- Managing, scheduling, and publishing accounts on Google, TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram. \- Handling direct messages, comments, and mentions. \- Video recording and editing. \- Staying up-to-date with emerging trends and identifying content opportunities. \- Developing monthly content plans. \- Scheduling organic and paid campaigns. \- Monitoring basic metrics (engagement, growth, reach). \- Managing image banks and generated files. \- Contributing to the corporate image. \-\-\-\-\-\-\- REQUIRED PROFILE: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field. \- 2 years of experience as a Community Manager. \- Proficiency in design platforms such as Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, etc. \- Experience managing multiple digital platforms. \- Familiarity with scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio, etc.).
