**Security Monitor – Hotel Princess (Riviera Maya)** ----------------------------------------------- **Location:** Riviera Maya, Quintana Roo **Job Description:** At **Princess Hotels & Resorts**, we are seeking a **Security Monitor** to join our Security team. The selected individual will be responsible for continuous surveillance and monitoring of cameras and security systems, aiming to prevent incidents, protect our guests, staff, and facilities, and ensure compliance with established protocols. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise and monitor closed-circuit television (CCTV) cameras and other security systems. * Detect, report, and document any suspicious activity or potential risks. * Coordinate with the security team to respond promptly to incidents. * Maintain up-to-date logs and daily incident reports. * Verify the proper functioning of monitoring equipment. * Follow and enforce internal security protocols and regulations. **Candidate Profile:** * **Education:** Completed Bachelor's degree (preferably with training or certifications in security). * **Experience:** 6 months to 1 year in CCTV monitoring or similar roles (preferably in hospitality). * **Technical Skills:** Basic computer skills, knowledge of monitoring systems and security cameras. * **Competencies:** * Attention to detail * High sense of responsibility * Service-oriented attitude * Effective communication * Ability to work under pressure * **Availability:** Rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary. * Statutory and additional benefits. * Employee transportation from Playa del Carmen and Cancun. * Meals provided in employee dining room. * Job stability and growth opportunities.
