Minimum 2–3 years of experience in personnel administration. Experience in service-oriented companies and/or luxury hospitality. Strong interpersonal skills, assertive communication, and active listening. Proficiency in administrative tools and HR systems. **Responsibilities:** Administer payroll processing, severance settlements, employment contracts, and general personnel administrative management. Monitor performance evaluations and career development plans. Ensure compliance with current labor legislation and internal policies (Federal Labor Law–IMSS). Serve as liaison between employees and leadership, promoting a healthy work environment. Support labor relations processes, conflict resolution, and internal communication. Prepare HR reports and metrics to support decision-making.
