Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage vacation properties, ensuring guest satisfaction, compliance with standards, and service optimization. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive vacation property management and guest experience. 2. Proactive incident resolution and maintenance of quality standards. 3. Collaboration with vendors and administration for efficient operations. Vacation Rental Company: * Conduct property checklists for assigned locations. Collect payments for direct bookings and extensions of your locations and prepare the corresponding report for submission to Administration. Respond clearly, accurately, and promptly to inquiries and concerns from on-site guests and potential guests. Meet position performance metrics. Oversee and implement company and position policies, standards, and procedures. Report deviations from standards identified at properties to the relevant departments (maintenance, housekeeping, laundry, etc.). Continuously supervise that all properties have required elements, services, and amenities per company standards and as published across various sales channels, and take necessary actions for timely replenishment, repair, or restoration of issues/failures detected during monitoring. Resolve guest disputes in person or via platforms and other electronic means. Promote and sell complementary services. Coordinate and schedule complementary services with external vendors. Coordinate with condominium property administrations. Timely submission of upcoming reservation information, access codes, wristbands, condominium rules, etc. Remain consistently visible and available to guests at assigned locations.
