This position is focused on **gaining professional experience or completing internships**. **Main responsibilities:** * Support in the development of architectural and urban projects. * Preparation and editing of architectural drawings. * 3D modeling and support in rendering. * Updating graphical and technical project information. * Administrative and technical support to the Projects department. * Following instructions from the Architecture and Development team. **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled student in the **Architecture** program. * Interest in undertaking **professional internships, social service, or gaining professional experience**. * Proficiency in: * SketchUp (mandatory). * Revit (mandatory). * AutoCAD (preferred). * Lumion (not required). * Interest in rendering and urban planning. * Responsible attitude and willingness to learn. **We offer:** * Financial support. * Continuous training. * Professional mentoring. * Real-world experience in real estate projects. * Excellent learning environment.
