Job Requirements: -Education: Completed Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Gastronomy, or related field. -Proven experience in café/restaurant operations. -Minimum 1–2 years as Assistant Manager. -Critical thinking and conflict resolution skills. -Ability to lead teams. -Customer service orientation. Responsibilities: -Manage inventory, place orders with suppliers, and oversee warehouse operations. -Cash handling: daily/weekly cash reconciliations, sales reports, and closing procedures. -Supervise key business metrics (sales, costs, turnover, service). -Lead, train, and monitor team performance. -Communicate with suppliers. -Reporting, monitoring, and analysis. -Administrative management (store opening/closing). -Monitoring of key performance indicators.
