Job Summary: Event Planning Analyst responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring event setup and teardown activities, optimizing resources and logistics. Key Highlights: 1. Position Profile: Event Planning Analyst Position: Planning Analyst Department: Operations / Logistics Reports to: Operations Coordinator or Manager Position Objective: Plan, coordinate, and monitor the operational scheduling of event setups and teardowns, ensuring proper allocation of resources (personnel, equipment, transportation, and time), optimizing logistics and guaranteeing fulfillment of client requirements. Functions and Responsibilities . Develop and update the operational planning for event setups and teardowns. Coordinate assignment of operational personnel, vehicles, and equipment for each event. Monitor setup, execution, and teardown schedules. Analyze inventory and logistical resource availability required for each event. Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and transportation departments to ensure correct material delivery. Prepare planning reports, resource control reports, and productivity reports. Identify operational risks or schedule conflicts and propose solutions. Monitor adherence to timelines, routes, and operational personnel assignments. Support optimization of logistics and planning processes. Maintain updated information in control systems, databases, or ERP. Education: Bachelor's degree or technical diploma in: Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Administration, Business Management, or related field. Experience: 6 months to 1 year in operational planning, logistics, or event coordination. Experience in resource scheduling and operational monitoring. Desired experience in logistics companies, event production, or setup services. Technical Knowledge: Logistics planning, Resource control and scheduling, Inventory management.
