LS Automotive is seeking a Production Supervisor for the Assembly Area Requirements - Completed Engineering degree - Minimum 3 years of experience as an Assembly Supervisor - Conversational English (Desirable) Responsibilities 1. Supervise assigned production lines, track daily results, and generate reports for all involved departments. 2. Provide full support to set up assembly lines and initiate the daily production plan. 3. Support assembly team leaders regarding any product, quality, or process improvement issues. 4. Issue necessary warnings to associates who fail to comply with company standards or act against company interests. 5. Collaborate on implementing each model change communicated by PC&L and ensure its proper execution. 6. Conduct weekly payroll validation for assigned associates regarding absenteeism, tardiness, or other situations affecting assigned associates, and promptly inform HR. 7. Ensure twice-per-shift implementation of the 5S methodology: once before starting production and again after completing the daily production plan.
