Job Summary: We are seeking a Regional Supervisor to oversee store image, processes, values and assets, personnel management, and report analysis to ensure operational effectiveness. Requirements: \- Intermediate-advanced level proficiency in Excel. \- Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, etc.). \- Knowledge of payment system operation. \- Point-of-sale terminal operation. \- Experience as a store supervisor. \- Personnel supervision. \- Conducting physical and virtual inventory counts. Responsibilities: \- Supervising store image and compliance with established processes. \- Reviewing company values and assets. \- Reviewing and evaluating store operational standards. \- Managing and training personnel under supervision, reinforcing processes. \- Supervising and auditing shrinkage and procedures at each store. \- Preparing and analyzing sales, competition, market, and other reports. \- Identifying and resolving operational needs across branches (cleanliness, service, and commercial execution). \- Supporting branch operational activities. \- Collaborating with support departments (HR, Management, IT, Treasury, etc.).
