Key Functions and Responsibilities: Service Supervision: Leads the waitstaff team, assigns work areas, and ensures compliance with hygiene and service standards. Customer Service: Welcomes guests, ensures an exceptional experience—including resolving complaints. Logistics and Coordination: Coordinates kitchen, bar, and dining room setup timing. Operational Support: Takes orders, serves wine, or covers stations during peak hours (hybrid schedule). Leadership: Conducts pre-service briefings, trains staff, and motivates the team to achieve sales goals.
