




Job Summary: We are seeking a security agent to maintain order and security during the daily operation of the beach area and its surrounding zones, including access control and incident logging. Key Responsibilities: 1. Maintain order and security in assigned areas. 2. Manage access control and register visitors. 3. Resolve conflicts and provide customer service. To improve operational efficiency, we require a security agent to maintain order and ensure safety during daily operations at the beach area and its adjacent zones, as well as to staff the access booth when required. Duties: Safeguard tools and work equipment stored in the designated area. Register visitors, vendors, or service personnel entering the condominium. Notify the security supervisor of any anomalies. Log reports of any incidents occurring in the assigned area. Prevent incidents occurring in the assigned area. Ensure compliance with the condominium regulations. Conduct regular patrols in the assigned area. Skills and Attitudes: Attention to detail. Punctuality. Responsibility. Conflict resolution. Knowledge of: Logbooks. Customer service.
