Position Summary: We are seeking a Controller with strong analytical ability, strategic vision, and management skills to oversee corporate finance, guide decision-making, and ensure achievement of financial objectives within a tourism company. Management of multiple businesses and destinations A leading company in the tourism industry is seeking a CONTROLLER with strong analytical ability, strategic vision, and management skills, responsible for overseeing corporate finances, guiding decision-making, and ensuring achievement of financial objectives. Main Responsibilities: Supervise accounting and budgeting processes. Prepare and supervise financial statements, budgets, and forecasts. Cost/expense reduction. Administrative management. Fleet vehicle control. Supervision and management of the procurement department. Responsible for managing multiple businesses of the group and multiple destinations. Negotiation with travel agencies and establishment of agreements. Implementation of quality controls and procedural manuals. Department personnel management. Various reporting. Reports directly to the Finance Department. · Other Requirements: Leadership and proven experience in similar roles within corporate environments and intercompany activities. Ability to work with data and key performance indicators. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, with specialization in taxation and/or fiscal matters and/or Finance. Personnel management (department heads). Mandatory experience in the tourism industry (DMC, travel agencies, hotels, transportation companies, luxury service providers). Up-to-date on tax compliance. Financial Statements. Tax Determination. Government procedures. · Knowledge: General Accounting. Administrative Management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Contadigital, Contpaq. SAT platforms and/or portals, government agencies. · Skills: Leadership. Teamwork. Effective Communication. Personnel Management. Negotiation. · Accounting Area Oversight: General Accounting.
