All floors and areas must be trash-free; no trash should be left in hallways. * Public restrooms must be maintained in perfect condition at all times. * Restrooms must be well-equipped and visually appealing. Guests must have ample supplies of all types available. * Staff locker rooms must be kept clean and fresh-smelling at all times. Locker rooms are cleaned twice daily or as needed and are fully equipped. * The gift shop and offices are clean at all times. * Keep public telephones clean at all times. * Keep signage clean and polished at all times. * Keep guest and staff elevators clean at all times. * Guest hallway carpets, office carpets, and public area carpets are vacuumed daily. * Keep guest and staff elevators clean at all times. **Requirements** Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, as required by departmental operational needs. Exceptional attention to detail. High school diploma or equivalent vocational training. Prior hospitality experience, preferably in luxury or Forbes-rated properties.
