Position Summary: Payroll Executive responsible for ensuring accurate and compliant execution of the payroll process and employee support, contributing to HR efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Ensures compliance with legal and social security obligations Position Title: Payroll Executive Location: Benito Juarez, Cancún Q,R Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00 hrs Salary: $17,000 monthly net, plus statutory benefits. · Position Objective: Ensure correct execution of the payroll process, guaranteeing calculation accuracy, regulatory compliance, and timely employee support, thereby contributing to the operational efficiency of the Human Resources department. Responsibilities: Process weekly, biweekly, and monthly payroll. Calculate earnings, deductions, and withholdings in accordance with current regulations. Manage payroll incidents: absences, tardiness, disabilities, vacations, bonuses, etc. Administer different payroll schemes (tax-based, assimilated, and mixed). Prepare settlement agreements and liquidations. Process employee onboarding, offboarding, and modifications with IMSS. Validate and enter information into the payroll system. Ensure compliance with obligations under the Federal Labor Law (LFT), IMSS, and INFONAVIT. Generate reports and controls in Excel. Provide employee support to resolve payroll-related inquiries. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, or related field. Minimum 1 year of payroll experience. Experience managing payroll for teams of 100–500 employees. Experience handling payroll across multiple pay frequencies. Experience in incident data entry and validation. Knowledge of settlement agreement and liquidation calculations. Familiarity with labor legislation (Federal Labor Law) and social security (IMSS, INFONAVIT). Intermediate Excel proficiency. Experience with CONTPAQi Nóminas payroll software.
