Job Description: Execute hydro-sanitary, hydraulic, and electrical installations in high-rise buildings, ensuring correct integration with structural elements and finishes, while complying with applicable codes, technical specifications, and construction schedule. **Functions and Responsibilities** * Review and ensure correct interpretation of electrical and hydro-sanitary drawings. * Supervise installation of hydraulic, sanitary, and stormwater piping in foundations, walls, and slabs. * Control installation of HVAC, air conditioning, ductwork, wiring, distribution panels, and electrical systems on site. * Verify pipe leak-tightness tests, hydraulic pressure tests, and electrical tests. * Coordinate with structural, masonry, and finishing resident engineers to prevent interferences. * Supervise contractors and field crews, validating progress and execution quality. * Review and approve construction materials (cables, pipes, fittings, equipment). * Submit weekly progress reports and document technical issues. * Ensure safety conditions during electrical and hydro-sanitary operations and work. * Coordinate final testing phase and handover of installed systems. * Education: Civil Engineer, Architect, Electrical Engineer, Electromechanical Engineer, or technical degree in installations. **Technical Knowledge:** * Hydraulic, HVAC, sanitary, and stormwater systems. * Medium- and low-voltage electrical installations. * Attention to technical detail. * Operational leadership with contractors.
