Job Summary: We are seeking a Resident Engineer to supervise and manage construction projects, control site operations, and ensure structural quality and safety using ERP. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for a Resident Engineer to efficiently and effectively supervise and manage construction projects. Your primary role will be site control, ensuring all processes proceed according to construction plans and quality standards. You must apply your ERP knowledge (Enkontrol preferred) to monitor progress and resolve any issues arising during construction. Your structural engineering experience is critical to guaranteeing the stability and safety of the structures you supervise. Problem-solving ability is essential to address any challenges that arise on the construction site. Additionally, your role involves continuous supervision to ensure all equipment and workers remain efficient and comply with safety and quality standards. A valid driver’s license is required. Physical presence is required to directly supervise project phases; therefore, residence in Cancun is mandatory.
