Extensive experience across multiple disciplines of external infrastructure We seek an **Urban Development Coordinator / Senior Urban Development Resident** with extensive experience in executing, supervising, and comprehensively coordinating urban development works, responsible for directing external infrastructure works in residential developments or vertical projects. The position requires a profile with solid knowledge across various branches of external civil works, capable of coordinating contractors, monitoring progress, and ensuring proper technical, administrative, and operational execution of the project. **Main Responsibilities** * Comprehensively coordinate the execution of urban development works. * Supervise contractors and field personnel. * Monitor physical progress against the construction schedule. * Coordinate works for: * Earthworks * Pavements * Hydraulic and sanitary networks * Stormwater drainage * External electrification * Sidewalks and curbs * Landscaping and urban image * Validate material quality and construction processes. * Review drawings and technical specifications. * Identify deviations and propose on-site solutions. * Prepare weekly progress reports. * Coordinate with project, cost, and construction management departments. * Verify compliance with site safety requirements. * Ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery. **Requirements** * Civil Engineering or Architecture degree. * Minimum of **7 years** of experience in urban development works. * Proven experience supervising multiple disciplines of external infrastructure. * Experience managing contractors and operational staff. * Ability to read and interpret drawings. * Proficiency in AutoCAD. * Intermediate or advanced Excel skills. * Experience in construction control and estimations. * Willingness to work on-site. **We Offer** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience * Statutory benefits Employment type: Full-time Salary: $18,000.00 \- $20,000.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
