This is not a corporate position. It is an opportunity for someone who wants to grow alongside the business and earn based on results. **The Challenge** * Open accounts with hotels in Cancún / Playa del Carmen / Tulum * Build a client network * Launch distribution operations * Scale sales **Income Model** * Base: $2000–3000 USD (based on actual experience) * Commission: 3%–7% on collected sales * Bonuses for large accounts * No income ceiling We are looking for someone who: * *Has already worked with hotels (HORECA)* * *Understands how to engage procurement and close contracts* * *Has an execution-oriented mindset, not just strategic* * *Ideally has industry contacts* **Important** If you have not built sales from scratch — this role is not for you.
