Job Summary: We are seeking a Project Manager/Construction Supervisor — an Engineer or Architect with multidisciplinary expertise and leadership capability to ensure projects are delivered on time, with quality and within budget. Monitoring of project progress and construction budget management **A reputable construction industry company** requires: **Project Manager / Construction Supervisor** **An Engineer or Architect with multidisciplinary knowledge in architecture, engineering, construction standards, business administration, and leadership skills to ensure the project meets stipulated requirements for schedule, quality, and budget.** **Key Responsibilities:** * Understand the scope of the assigned project * Coordinate necessary technical, regulatory, administrative, and personnel resources to achieve desired outcomes * Plan the project and/or contracted scope, establishing timelines aligned with the contracted budget * Develop and implement the client’s construction schedule — the contracted project * Attend scheduled meetings for progress feedback on construction work * Review, verify, and approve the construction logbook tracking * Assist in resolving technical issues and adjust field procedures as needed * Responsible for reviewing and approving delivery and release forms for construction work * Responsible for reviewing and approving quality control of the contractor’s work * Responsible for reviewing and approving the contractor’s payment applications * Responsible for reviewing and tracking the cumulative construction progress report (weekly subcontractor reports) * Responsible for reviewing and approving the client’s payment applications * Responsible for reviewing and tracking the cumulative construction progress report (client’s weekly payment applications) * Monitor construction progress and ensure expenditures do not exceed estimates (contracted budget) * Review and approve reconciled quantities for both contract and work orders * Review and approve change orders, work orders, extras, and/or modifications to the contracted project — reconciled with the client * Implement company policies * Responsible for reviewing and approving material and equipment requisitions * Responsible for reviewing and reconciling the project’s technical and administrative closeout **Skills:** * Organized * Committed * Responsible * Numerical aptitude **We Offer:** * Working hours from Monday to Saturday * Monthly salary: $30,000–$40,000 net, based on **Experience** * Statutory benefits * **Location: HOTEL RITZ CARLTON NIZUC** * **Nizuc, Hotel Zone, 77500 Cancún, Q.R.** Salary: $30,000.00–$40,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
