




**Accounting Assistant Playa del Carmen** **Requirements:** * **Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting** * **Proficiency in accounting systems** * **Solid knowledge in general accounting** * **Filing and control of accounting folders and invoices** * **Preparation of accounting entries** **• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and account statements** **• Preparation of bank reconciliations** **• Knowledge in federal and state tax calculations** **• Recording of income, expense, and daily journal entries** **Demonstrable experience in:** * **Accounting entries and general accounting** * **Recording of bank transfers** * **Support in marketing activities** * **Expense and provision control** * **Account reconciliation** * **Calculation of depreciation and amortization** * **Determination of monthly and annual taxes** * **Preparation of accounting reports** * **Assistance in monthly accounting closings** **Schedule:** **Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00 hrs** **Saturdays from 9:00 to 14:00 hrs** **Day off on Sundays** **Salary: $12,000 per month** **Position type: Full-time, indefinite term** Position type: Full-time, Indefinite term Salary: Starting at $12,000.00 per month Benefits: * Free uniforms * Grocery vouchers Education: * Completed high school (Desirable) Experience: * Sales: 1 year (Desirable) Workplace: On-site job
