**Job Description** We are seeking an experienced **Site Warehouse Manager** to supervise and manage all on-site warehouse operations. The selected candidate will be essential in ensuring strict inventory control, proper receipt and delivery of materials and equipment, and maintaining an organized and safe warehouse. **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise and coordinate all daily warehouse activities. * Control the incoming and outgoing flow of materials, tools, and equipment. * Conduct periodic inventories to ensure stock accuracy. * Manage and organize warehouse space efficiently to facilitate material handling and retrieval. * Report any shortages, overages, damages, or inventory discrepancies. * Collaborate with the procurement team and site supervisors to ensure availability of required materials. * Maintain up-to-date records of all warehouse transactions. * Ensure the warehouse complies with workplace safety and hygiene regulations. **Candidate Requirements** * Minimum of **3 years** of prior experience as a warehouse supervisor or manager, preferably in the construction industry. * Knowledge of construction materials and their applications. * Proficiency in inventory management software and Office suite (Excel). * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and initiative. * Effective communication skills for coordination with various teams. * Certification in forklift or lifting equipment operation (desirable). * Willingness to travel. **We Offer** * Competitive salary and statutory benefits. * Opportunity to participate in large-scale projects. * A work environment focused on safety and professional development.
