




Company dedicated to the trade of fish and seafood is seeking a SUB-MANAGER for its Riviera Maya branch REQUIREMENTS: * Industrial, food, or bioengineering degree or related field * Experience in the food industry (perishable goods) * Experience in supplying restaurants and/or hotels * Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar positions * Knowledge of KPI management (efficiency, scrap, downtime, yield) * Training or application of Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, Core Tools, 5S methodologies RESPONSIBILITIES * Manage and supervise the segment unit according to defined objectives and KPIs in administration and operations * Plan team activities by defining tasks, responsibilities, and objectives * Coordinate necessary operational activities to achieve branch sales targets * Carry out production planning, cost estimates, and time projections according to business line * Ensure compliance with storage procedures that guarantee maximum inventory turnover and reduction of losses * Monitor budget to ensure branch profitability * Prepare and present operational, commercial, and administrative performance reports to corporate and management * Other duties as assigned Job type: Full-time Salary: Starting at $8,000.00 per week Benefits: * Employee discounts * Dining service * Free uniforms * Grocery vouchers Work location: On-site
