**Job Description** We are a leading Construction Management firm seeking a **Project Manager** with experience in Preconstruction and Construction. **Experience:** * Manage and plan project execution (Master, intermediate, weekly plans) * Control project budget * Ensure the technical feasibility of the project and compliance with current regulations * Ensure customer satisfaction * Perform on-site engineering * Manage the pool of contractors * Issue progress and control reports * Guarantee quality in executed works **Requirements / Knowledge:** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or related field * Minimum of 10 years of experience managing building and urban development projects in the Riviera Maya * MEP engineering knowledge * Project management and planning methodology (Last Planner System, preferred) * Budget control * Team management * Contractor management * Proficiency in Revit (preferred) and AutoCAD **Skills:** * Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to work in a team * Proactive * Goal-oriented * Negotiation and leadership skills Employment type: Full-time, Indefinite contract Salary: $38,000.00 - $42,000.00 net per month Employment type: Full-time Salary: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per month Experience: * Site Superintendent: 5 years (Desirable) Work Location: On-site position
