* **Responsibilities:** Responsible for table service and guest attendance at the assigned dining area, performing duties efficiently according to established procedures and quality standards. Provides professional service with a genuine attitude that meets customer expectations, earning their recognition and preference toward the dining venue. Promotes food and beverage sales to increase revenue and achieve established goals. * Follows instructions from immediate supervisor regarding tasks and responsibilities assigned before and after shifts. Verifies that their service station is properly equipped and sets up tables according to established standards and type of service. * Participates in pre-shift briefings to receive information about daily specials, shortages, VIPs, groups, events, general comments, and exchange of opinions. * Consistently provides a warm and professional welcome and farewell to guests upon arrival and departure from the dining area, maintaining impeccable posture and appearance at all times. * Assists the Hostess or F&B Supervisor in seating guests at assigned tables. Greets guests courteously, introduces themselves by name, and informs guests they will be their server. * Depending on the dining venue and service type, delivers menus, takes orders, presents beverages and food items to guests, etc., consistently adhering to established procedures and quality standards for each dining outlet and meal period. Service must be prompt and unobtrusive, ensuring timely interventions. * Ensures accurate order taking for food and beverages, noting cooking preferences, sauces, dressings, etc., and confirms details with the guest to prevent mistakes. Recommends specialties, wine service, and suggests dishes to promote sales. * Continuously and discreetly observes guests during service to assess their satisfaction level, taking necessary actions to anticipate needs or correct any deficiencies.
