Main Responsibilities: \* Coordinate activities and operations of sales units. \* Supervise staff and ensure compliance with service and display protocols. \* Assign personnel according to the needs of each branch. \* Have detailed knowledge of products, their features, uses, and handling techniques. \* Communicate company benefits and updates to staff and ensure they are conveyed to customers. \* Handle and resolve customer complaints and claims. \* Provide telephone support to customers and administrative staff. \* Conduct cash register audits and verify branch cleanliness. \* Monitor sales team performance. \* Follow up on vehicle maintenance. \* Ensure compliance with visual merchandising guidelines. \* Collect weekly personnel incident reports. \* Supervise uniforms, punctuality, schedules, and shifts. \* Integrate and train new employees. \* Supervise and track KPIs. \* Stay updated on products, improvements, and changes. \* Assist in physical inventories. \* Develop strategies to meet goals. \* Generate reports for bonuses and commissions for operational staff. \* Prepare maintenance reports for assigned vehicles.
