




### **Join the Hotel Princess family!** **✨** PROFILE: Aged between 30 and 45 Flexible availability Excellent appearance Dynamic Extroverted Ability to work under pressure Responsible Charismatic RESPONSIBILITIES: * Review the daily reservation book and communicate relevant information to the Captain. * Record entries in the logbook regarding occupancy, special guest requests, direct reservations, VIPs and groups for that evening, as well as actual covers. * Answer the restaurant telephone according to established telephone etiquette. * Assist in setting up and opening the restaurant. * Verify cleanliness and condition of menus at food & beverage outlets. * Know and, in coordination with the Captain, assign table and station distribution. * Receive and verify guest reservations upon arrival, and escort guests to their tables. * Take orders when appropriate. * Bid farewell to guests, thanking them for their visit and addressing their feedback. * Perform administrative and support tasks assigned by the Restaurant Manager / Captain. * Supervise ambient sound, lighting, décor, cleanliness, landscaping, restrooms, and overall appearance of food & beverage outlets. * Actively participate in training and development programs directed by Food & Beverage Management, as well as in pursuing continuous improvement of one’s department and work team. * Promote sales of non-package F&B items. * Request the daily report to provide information to restaurant staff during the service briefing. KNOWLEDGE: * Food & Beverage Service, Public Relations. * Food & Beverage Hygiene Management Program, Program 4 Standards. AAA Diamonds. * Microsoft Office proficiency. * Intermediate English.
