Logistics and Operations City: QUINTANA ROO Publication Date: May 7, 2026 Schedule: 9 AM to 6 PM Description: General Purpose Verify and report route TR1 and TR2 (Pickup/Delivery) square-offs to ensure the entry and exit of items from units and the platform at the COP, thereby maintaining full traceability and preventing item theft, as well as supporting general administrative tasks for operational control. Execute route TR2 and TR1 square-offs. Confirm that all routes entering/leaving the COP declare identical quantities of items entering/exiting—whether collected, delivered, or both—and ensure the Operator signs acceptance for any discrepancy. To prevent item theft. 2\. Obtain information regarding items with TR1 and TR2 square-off discrepancies. Identify each manifest with a discrepancy, question the Operator, and require immediate delivery of the missing item. To ensure all items continue flowing through the Estafeta network and maintain traceability. 3\. Issue records for all items remaining on the platform. Register, locate, and manage all pending shipments awaiting dispatch to route on the platform. To physically identify items on the platform and confirm that all items have a pending record on the platform. 4\. Analyze fuel performance for route TR2. Conduct daily audits to monitor fuel loading (high and low performance). To provide information to the supervisor to prevent misuse and theft of fuel. 5\. Report to the Supervisor the results of TR1 and TR2 square-offs and fuel performance audits. Document and submit the daily report upon completion of square-offs and fuel performance audits. So the supervisor can take corrective and/or preventive actions with the operator/route experiencing discrepancies to avoid recurrence. Decision Making * Halt the TR2 Operator / Route Assistant at the COP if a square-off discrepancy is identified. * Require immediate delivery of the missing item, as well as the TR2 Operator / Route Assistant’s signature accepting responsibility for the square-off discrepancy. * Determine, based on analysis, which TR2 routes require fuel performance audits. * Manage the location of pending items on the platform. * Follow up on disciplinary actions related to TR1 and TR2 square-off discrepancies. Internal Relationships 1\. Supervisor: To specifically follow up on the results of TR1 and TR2 square-offs and fuel performance audits. 2\. TR2 Route Operator / Route Assistant: To verify correct execution of the unloading process.
