Responsibilities: \* Timely and safe delivery of ice cream tubs to customers in Playa del Carmen, Cancún, and Puerto Aventuras. \* Efficient and safe loading and unloading of goods from the delivery vehicle. \* Maintain the assigned vehicle in optimal condition by performing basic inspections, assisting with vehicle washing, and reporting any maintenance needs. \* Plan delivery routes efficiently to meet scheduled timeframes within assigned delivery zones. \* Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and resolving issues professionally. \* Accurately handle delivery documentation and submit it according to company procedures. \* Collect cash payments for orders, ensuring accounts balance and remain orderly at the end of each shift. \* Comply at all times with traffic and road safety regulations, taking into account route-specific conditions in Playa del Carmen, Cancún, and Puerto Aventuras. \* Assist with other production and logistics tasks as needed when not on delivery duty. Requirements: \* Valid Class B1 driver’s license. \* Minimum verifiable 2 years’ experience as a delivery driver. \* Detailed knowledge of routes and geography in Playa del Carmen, Cancún, and Puerto Aventuras. \* Ability to safely and efficiently load and unload goods (handling ice cream tubs and other supplies). \* Minimum completed secondary education. \* Experience and/or ability to manage and reconcile cash. \* Excellent communication and customer service skills. \* Responsibility, punctuality, and organizational skills. \* Ability to work independently and follow instructions. \* Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. \* Verifiable experience operating standard vehicles (manual transmission). \* Experience operating vehicles up to 3.5 tons. \* Willingness to work as part of a team.
