




Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive and organized coordinator to manage HR processes, ensure the administrative functioning of staff, and strengthen team development to achieve institutional objectives. Staff support and accompaniment We seek an organized, proactive individual with strong interpersonal skills to coordinate and manage Human Resources processes for the “Sentinels of Water” project, ensuring proper administrative functioning of staff and strengthening team development to achieve institutional objectives. Responsibilities * Provide staff support and accompaniment on Human Resources-related matters. * Conduct preliminary payroll review, payment request processing, and staff incident control. * Record and maintain payroll tax information per employee in the corresponding administrative formats. * Coordinate recruitment and selection processes to fill positions authorized by Management. * Ensure the organization has trained personnel aligned with project and donor objectives. * Coordinate and monitor training initiatives to strengthen staff technical and interpersonal skills. * Design and administer workplace climate surveys and follow up on actions derived from NOM-035. * Prepare employment contracts and manage administrative procedures related to resignations, terminations, and staff transfers. * Organize internal events and team-building activities, including institutional celebrations. * Administer and maintain up-to-date staff files. * Review and monitor staff timesheets.
