Offer guests amenities such as water, juice, or neck heating pads. Answer general questions regarding hotel information and amenities. Escort guests to and from treatment rooms. Regularly check computer systems throughout the day for scheduling updates and changes. Maintain cleanliness at the workstation, treatment rooms, spa lockers or beauty salon, and lounge areas. Dispose of waste and place soiled linens in the designated area. Secure products and equipment at the end of each shift. Restock lockers, lounge areas, and hospitality stations with towels, linens, products, and amenities. Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe working conditions to management; complete safety training and obtain required certifications. Comply with all company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance are neat and professional; protect company property. Anticipate guest service needs and fulfill them promptly, expressing sincere appreciation. Communicate clearly and professionally with others. Cultivate and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues. Adhere to quality assurance expectations and standards. Stretch, bend, twist, crawl, and stoop; move, lift, or carry objects weighing 10 pounds or less; stand, sit, or walk for extended periods. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors. DESIRABLE SKILLS Education: High school diploma or equivalent General Educational Development (GED) certificate.
