




**Systems Engineer – Technical Support** Cancún, Quintana Roo $14,000 MXN monthly **Job Description** At **Marketing Xperience**, we are looking for a **Systems Engineer** with technical support experience to join our team. **Responsibilities:** * Installation, maintenance, and configuration of hardware and software. * Configuration of networks, peripherals, printers, and corporate email. * Basic administration of cPanel and cloud services. * Support for Microsoft 365 and Intune. * Documentation of processes and assistance to group employees. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Systems, Computer Science, or related field (completed or near completion). * 1–2 years of experience in technical support. * Knowledge of PC maintenance, networking, and software licensing. * Experience with Microsoft 365 and Intune (essential). * Proactive attitude, adaptability, and customer service orientation. **Selection Process:** * Initial phone interview. * In-person interview at the office. * Final decision and hiring. **We Offer:** * Fixed salary: $14,000 MXN per month. * Initial probationary contract (3 months) with possibility of extension. * Statutory benefits (IMSS, Infonavit). * Life insurance. * Access to ChatGPT Plus as a support tool. * Stable working hours (8 hours per day). * Initial training and onboarding support. **Position Type:** Full-time, on-site. **Start Date:** Immediate.
