Job Description* **Progress monitoring:** Continuously monitor tasks and project progress to ensure the **schedule** is met and identify any risk of delay. * **Risk management:** Proactively identify potential issues or risks (e.g., design problems, lack of materials) and take corrective or preventive actions. * **Quality assurance:** Conduct periodic inspections to verify that work and deliverables meet the **technical specifications** and defined quality standards. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or related field. * Proven experience in managing and supervising projects in luxury hotels or high-end developments. * Knowledge in planning, budgeting, and construction control. * Leadership skills, effective communication, and results-oriented mindset. * Service orientation and attention to detail.
