




Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring the efficient supply of raw materials, products, supplies, and services while maintaining high standards of quality, price, and delivery timelines. Quality coordination and supplier performance monitoring Ensure timely and efficient procurement of raw materials, products, supplies, and services required for company operations—all under the highest standards of **quality, price, delivery timelines, and payment terms**, thereby ensuring business continuity and financial resource optimization. Supplier Management * Identify, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers meeting company standards. * Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and supply contracts. * Maintain an up-to-date supplier database and develop long-term strategic relationships (key suppliers). . Procurement Planning and Sourcing * Receive, analyze, and process purchase requisitions from various departments. * Plan procurement based on inventory levels, demand forecasts, and allocated budgets. * Issue and track purchase orders through final delivery to warehouse. Control and Quality * Coordinate with Warehouse/Inventory teams to verify that received goods match requested quantity and quality. * Manage returns, claims, or warranties with suppliers in case of issues. * Monitor and periodically evaluate supplier performance (on-time delivery, quality, etc.). * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum 1–3 years in similar roles (procurement, negotiation, supply chain management). Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Intermediate–advanced Excel for cost and budget analysis).
