Completion of professional internships or social service **Si Soluciones Inmobiliarias is seeking an ARCHITECTURAL INTERN in Playa Del Carmen \- Solidaridad, Quintana Roo** --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **Architecture Student Intern** A real estate company is seeking a student in the final semesters of a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support in real estate licensing and administrative procedures. * Tracking of notarizations and registrations. * Review and management of technical documentation. **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled Architecture student. * Valid faculty insurance. * Basic to intermediate Excel skills. * AutoCAD knowledge is desirable. * Availability for in-person work. * Organizational skills, responsibility, and attention to detail. **We Offer:** * Monthly financial support of $5,000 net per month. * Completion of professional internships or social service (as applicable). * Hands-on experience in real projects and opportunity for growth. **Conditions:** * Schedule: Part-time, Monday to Friday. * Location: Playa del Carmen, Quintana Roo. * Duration: Initial term of 3 months, with possibility of extension.
