Support in shipping decisions and control of logistics costs. **Position Summary** We are seeking a **Supply Chain Assistant** to coordinate and monitor international procurement and logistics operations. This position is critical to ensuring the efficient flow of goods, guaranteeing timely deliveries, cost control, and compliance with customs and commercial regulations. **Main Responsibilities** * Manage and monitor the marketing company’s client portfolio. * Process and monitor payments to domestic suppliers. * Request and compare quotations from international service providers. * Prepare and issue purchase orders. * Send and monitor purchase orders with foreign suppliers. * Validate preliminary invoices against purchase orders. * Collect and organize documentation required for product importation. * Coordinate delivery of goods to the freight forwarder. * Review deliveries made by suppliers. * Support decision-making regarding product shipment. * Review logistics and international transportation service costs. * Prepare and monitor supplier claim forms. * Support administrative and operational activities related to the department. **Requirements** **Education and Experience** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or related field. * Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position. * Knowledge and experience in international trade. **Knowledge and Skills** * Proficiency in **MS Office** suite. * Intermediate English (basic reading and communication skills). * Ability to work independently. * Responsible, organized, and process-oriented individual. * Teamwork skills and adherence to procedures. **We Offer** * **Monthly salary:** $16,000.00 * Statutory benefits * Cafeteria service * Monthly consumption of company products * Uniforms Employment type: Full-time, Indefinite Salary: $16,000.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking * Cafeteria service Education: * Completed Bachelor’s degree (Desirable) Experience: * International Trade: 2 years (Desirable) Workplace: On-site employment
