With a strong market presence, the company serves **the entire southeastern region of the Mexican Republic**, currently operating **16 strategically located branches** to deliver comprehensive, efficient, and high-quality service to its customers. ***We Are Hiring*** **Position:** Commercial Operations Managers **Job Objective:** Coordinate with agencies and staff on core administrative and commercial functions within the construction division **Responsibilities:** * Overall follow-up with the entire commercial team across their sales territories, operational processes, and transaction closures * Prepare monthly reports on promotions, pricing, and special terms * Coordinate and process all discount terms with suppliers * Enter lost sales and competitor pricing data into respective platforms * Internal coordination: serve as liaison between sales, operations, logistics, and after-sales service * Receive commercial requests from the sales team * Prepare and deliver commercial reports and presentations for the division * Supervise equipment registration and inventory availability * Generate inventory turnover, aging, and projection reports * Prepare monthly cost analysis reports * Coordinate with the logistics and import departments regarding scheduled arrivals **Requirements:** * Prior experience in construction machinery or general machinery * Two years of experience in a similar position * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, International Business, or related field **We Offer:** * Statutory benefits. * Life insurance. * Savings fund. * Work tools. * Ongoing training.
