At **Adventure Photos**, an industry leader in wedding and social photography, we are seeking talented and dedicated young professionals to join our team as **Photo Wedding Concierge** at the **DREAMS SAPPHIRE Hotel.** **Position Objective** To provide personalized attention and comprehensive follow-up to couples, coordinating photography, video, and additional wedding experiences—ensuring an excellent experience before, during, and after the event, as well as effective communication among clients, hotels, and internal departments. **What do you need to join us?** * Advanced written and spoken English (mandatory) * CRM system proficiency * Experience in customer service and post-sale follow-up * Conflict resolution and complaint handling skills * Organization and attention to detail * Ability to manage multiple requests and provide timely follow-up * Proficiency in email and office tools * Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills * Ability to work under pressure and meet response time requirements * Experience in the wedding, hospitality, tourism, or events industry (preferred) **Key Functions and Responsibilities** * *Couples’ Attention and Follow-up* Respond to and follow up on requests before, during, and after the event Clear, courteous, and timely communication with clients Follow-up on special wedding-related requests * *Administrative Support* Answer general inquiries from customers and internal departments Track administrative processes related to contracted services * *Quotations and Service Customization* Prepare wedding service quotations Customize packages according to client needs Coordinate customization of packages for Hindu weddings Manage sales and scheduling of additional services such as PhotoBooth and video * *Incident Management and Customer Service* Resolve complaints and follow up on refund requests (where applicable) Proactively identify and resolve conflicts before escalation Monitor incidents before and during events Supervise and follow up on pending items related to delivery of printed products and videos * *Communication and Coordination* Conduct video calls with couples (if necessary) Verify availability of services, venues, and requirements within hotels (if applicable) Send layouts and materials to clients for approval (if applicable) * *Finance and Reporting* Manage contracts and documentation related to contracted services Prepare and submit monthly sales reports * *Social Media* Respond to messages and manage the Instagram account @advphotosdreamssapphire Answer questions and comments across various Facebook groups Develop content proposals for the account and publish at least two posts per week Record vertical clips at weddings (occasionally) **What We Offer** * Job stability * Salary: $13,500\.00 per month \+ sales commissions * Uniforms * Statutory benefits * Social Security * Grocery vouchers * Birthday courtesy * Eyewear partnership If you meet the requirements, apply now—send us your CV with a photo and become the creator of unforgettable moments as our **Photo Wedding Concierge** at **Adventure Photos**!
