As a Customer Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for Localiza\&Co and responsible for delivering exceptional service, building strong relationships, and offering personalized solutions for each of our customers. We seek someone with strong communication skills who can inspire confidence in our potential customers and maintain long-term relationships. Assist customers from various segments at service counters, providing information and presenting contractual terms agreed upon during car rental contract openings; 2\. Contribute to achieving high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering friendly and differentiated service, and informing customers about available communication channels at the conclusion of all rental agreements; 3\. Support subsidiary growth and profitability by negotiating rates at the service desk, offering additional services, and collecting reimbursable expenses; 4\. Ensure the subsidiary maintains an appropriate fleet size relative to rental volume by daily monitoring of vehicle reservation and return reports; 5\. Verify that amounts received from car rentals comply with established procedures and system authorizations, by issuing and reviewing cash closure reports, payment receipts, and cash control logs; 6\. Support fleet safety and quality by conducting daily inspections of available vehicles, recording unproductive kilometers when necessary, and tracking open contracts; 7\. Maintain the quality of the customer database by accurately completing and updating customer records; **What We Require:** 1\. Minimum one year of experience in a similar role. 2\. Completed or incomplete bachelor’s degree. 3\. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. 4\. Proactivity and communication skills. 5\. Advanced English proficiency. 6\. Flexible availability. 7\.
