Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive and positive Computer Technician to provide general technical support in a dental clinic, resolving issues and supporting the team. Key Highlights: 1. Solution-oriented approach and in-person service **Job Opening: Computer Technician for Dental Clinic** We are a dental clinic with **3 locations**, seeking a responsible, proactive **Computer Technician**, with an **indispensable positive attitude**, to provide technical support across our branches. **Main Responsibilities:** * Resolve internet, network, and computer equipment failures. * Provide general technical support for computers, systems, and internal connections. * Address technical issues with dental laboratory equipment. * Provide emergency support at our **SHA** branch. * Offer support across our various locations as needed. **Work Schedule:** * **Mandatory presence Monday through Friday** * **No work on Saturdays or Sundays** **Requirements:** * Excellent understanding of computer systems and computer functionality. * Experience in technical support, networking, and internet. * Ability to quickly and efficiently resolve problems. * **Positive attitude and strong willingness to work collaboratively: indispensable.** * Availability to travel between branches. * Must have a **car or motorcycle**. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Programming knowledge. * English language proficiency.
